Oh, snap. Someone’s in TROUBLE.
Parents are naturally clairvoyant no matter plane of dimension they reside. I had a very long and good laugh from this particular strip..Tama really is a character. Incidentally..Tama’s name in Filipino means RIGHT in English..
Glad Tama could amuse! I definitely always have fun writing him, so it’s good to know he’s fun to read as well. It’s nice to have a character that gets into trouble almost out of habit.
I had always wondered if “Tama” meant something in any other language, but I could never find anything. Thank you so much for telling me, that is really cool! So, in Filipino does it mean “right” as in “that is correct” or as in “the opposite of left”?
Fellow Filipino, and Tama means correct. Added fact: Mali means wrong but it’s pronounce differently than the country.
Interesting!! Thank you for putting an end to my wondering! That is such a fun coincidence! I should add that Tama would also take great satisfaction in being “right” — He’d never let anybody hear the end of it!
