C05P30 – Explain

Back from my trip to the mountains! Very valuable trip. Had a lot to process, and I needed the space to do it in, so getting away for a bit was a very good idea. Lots of big thoughts were pondered which I’ll be sharing with you soon. The nature of Fear and Progress, the re-discovery of old inspirations, and the value of the tactile.
BUT FIRST!!
I’ve decided to run a Kickstarter in October for SOME of the cost for printing book two. I know the LeyLines readership is still small (even though we’re growing!) so I’ll be paying for the bulk of the books out of my savings. However, a little help could go a long way! To that goal, I will be making a Trailer for Book Two! I’ve already put together most of the images and music, but to really make it something special, it needs a variety of voices!!
If you would like to be a part of the LeyLines Volume Two Trailer, please send in your recordings!! Click here to find the scripts and more details!
No special experience needed — just enthusiasm and recording equipment!! I’m so excited to share this project with you!!! I’ve never attempted something like this trailer, but I think you’ll enjoy the result!!

SO trying out for Una.
Also I’m just going to squee about Pakku all around here, okay? Okay.
I will try out for some voice recordings!
Awesome!! Thank you!!
I am really enjoying Pakku and Warren as a team. When they get a feel for their Good Cop Bad Cop these two will be stellar.
I know, right? They have such complementary approaches. Once they learn how to work together they’ll be great. For now, they just keep stubbing each others’ toes, though.
I would love to, but there is no way I can record my voice in a good quality.
Btw, it would be interesting to have these phrases, or at least some of them, written and pronounced in Pamaru.
Maybe if I stumble upon some spare time, I’ll translate them! That would be a fun side-project.
“I needed a bottle to calm my nerves.”
“I tried to throw a bottle at one of the robbers, and it went out an open window.”
“Oh, you know. Those ether thieves…”
“What? Someone stole my ether? Are you sure it’s not water in the other bottles? Maybe you should check? With your nose.”
Curse those ether thieves!
And, as usual, Warren has an excuse to facepalm.
This is going to be so cool.
Pff, as if Warren NEEDS a reason. He probably facepalms for fun.
Oh you know i’ll be submitting some voice stuff. I’ve always wanted to do voice acting of some kind
Yay!! I’ll be looking forward to it!!
