Tama is a sore loser. This surprises no one.

I’ve always enjoyed the simplicity of a card game. Particular favorites are Speed and Hearts. Poker, on the other hand, requires WAY more memory space than my brain has available to play!

I’ve wanted to make a LeyLines card game. I even put together the rules for one that can be played with a normal deck, although it needs some further tweaking and play-testing before I think it will work. Perhaps someday I can make a specialty deck. The numbers nine and four are particularly holy numbers in the LeyLines world, so many of their games would contain sets with those numbers. I’d love to make the set which also doubled as a divination deck, as I am a huge fan of Tarot. It would be awesome to have a set of cards that worked like a Tarot deck, but centered around the Itsuri philosophy.

Of course, this could be due to the fact that I am a huge nerd? Would anyone else find that neat, or am I the only one?

I think a tarot/card game sounds really neat! but i’m kinda crazy for this stuff.
also, i just started reading today and I am really touched by the amount of work you put into this.

Thank you so much, and welcome!! I’m very much a details person (if it wasn’t blindingly obvious at this point! XD ) so even though world-building is a lot of work, I get so much enjoyment out of it!! And I would love to make some sort of card set for it. I’ve always been fascinated by Tarot and runes!

Out of curiosity, how did you find LeyLines? Is there a creator or reader I should thank? 🙂
